Products will be shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The delivery time will depend on the distance and city of delivery. Shipping is paid by the buyer, except in the case of free shipping promotions promoted by the author and publisher.

If you happen to regret the purchase or are not satisfied with the product, please contact us via the email or whatsapp described on the contact page . 

After the conversation, send us the product within 7 days, considering the date of receipt of the goods. The date verification will be considered via the courier tracking code. 

Shipping must be to the address indicated on the contact page . Payment for shipping is at the buyer's expense, and the publisher will pay for the return. 

We accept exchanges only for products that are in perfect condition. All products will be dispatched in perfect condition, without scratches, without crumpled sheets. We will only accept books that have no sign of being handled or used.

Once we receive the product, we will review and talk to the buyer to arrange a refund, which can be as follows:

- by exchange and sending for another similar one, if the product has arrived damaged;

- refund in the amount of the product that will be via pix or transfer, which will be arranged with the buyer;

- use the value as a credit for the purchase of another product from the publisher's store of the same value or by settling the difference, which may be more or less.

The consumer protection code ensures that the exchange should only be made when the product is defective. Regret for having bought a book instead of another, will be resolved through contact, not being mandatory the exchange on the part of the Publisher.
